Shipping Policy

All orders are processed 1 to 2 business days before dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note the processing time before dispatch may take 3 to 4 working days during our busiest time between October and December. When your order has been placed you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For orders placed after 4:30 pm the working day commences the next day at 8:00 am. Potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, may arise.
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.

Large furniture items are shipped on a pallet, please provide us with your telephone number as the shipping company would require this for any help with delivery. We unfortunately cannot ship anything on a pallet without this information. Large items over 1 KG are shipped by courier at the standard courier shipping rate.

If you haven’t received your order after 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, then please contact us at info@siobhan-pepperall.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
