Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return any item purchased from us for a refund or exchange for any reason
within 30 days, provided the item is unused, damaged, and in its original and
un-broken packaging.
Once you have received your order and you wish to return an item, you must inform
us within 14 days after receiving your goods and must return the product back to us
within a further 14 days. Most returns are honoured the majority of the time apart
from non-cancellable products such as flowers, certain food products, products
made to order or personalised products and other products that from time to time
may be non-cancellable labelled.
 
  • Please complete the Return Merchandise Form located on the website and follow the instructions on the form.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of our team.
For exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the
product return. We at www.siobhan-pepperall.com will pay the cost of shipping the
replacement merchandise.
After receiving your Return Merchandise Form, we will email you with the warehouse return
address. You will be responsible for the Order Number of the Product to be clearly
labelled on the outside of the package. Shipments received without the order
number will be sent back to sender.
If the product sent back to us has been damaged in anyway, used, has broken
packaging, or have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will
not be eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received an order with delivery damage, incomplete on arrival or faulty
product defects not caused by transit, you must inform us within 72 hours of receipt
of the item in writing by way of email at info@siobhan-pepperall.com. We will require a
picture and a description of the damage, so please remember to include this with
your email. Once we have received your email, we will email you back with a
warehouse return address and an RMA form to be completed and to be returned
with the package. We would then require you to send the product back to us within
14 days from the date we contacted you with the return address. We will check the
products and if the product is verified as damaged, faulty or incomplete, we will
replace the item within 7 working days at no additional cost to you and will reimburse
for any reasonable carriage costs incurred by the return. If the item is unable to be
replaced, for example, due to discontinuation of a product, you will be offered a
refund or offer of a substitute of a product. We do not refund faults caused by
accident, neglect, misuse, or normal ware & tare.

YOUR RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days from the point of
sale of your goods, in line with your statutory rights. To cancel please advise us on
the Contact us page on the website or by email at info@siobhan-pepperall.com.

WRONG PRODUCT SENT

If the wrong product has been sent, you will be reimbursed for any reasonable
carriage costs incurred by the return. Please get in touch with us by email at
info@siobhan-pepperall.com with an image of the product. It is preferable the
barcode or product code is included in the picture so as we can see what product
was sent for clarification. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If
you would like to request a refund, please feel free to contact us.

SALE

You can get a refund for items on sale, provided they are in good condition with tags
intact.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you had received goods that were
damaged, faulty, or incomplete on arrival then you will be reimbursed for any
reasonable carriage costs incurred by the return.

REFUND

After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process
your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used
during the purchase. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up
on your account or credit card statement. If you have any additional questions, feel

you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact the
bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please
contact us.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY COMPLETE DETAILS:

  • We cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that
    customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
  • Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally
    purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • All products being returned must be returned in its original packaging and
    must not be used. www.pepperallfurnishings.art reserves the right to decline a return request on used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed
    acceptable.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back prior to any
    refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs
    associated with product return.
  • For exchange requests, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated
    with product return. www.pepperallfurnishings.art will pay cost for shipping of
    the replacement merchandise.
  • With all returns and exchanges, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form must be completed and
    returned in the package containing the product. Returns or exchanges will not
    be processed without an RMA form.
  • Please ensure package is being sent to correct address for all returns and
    exchanges.
  • All packages must have the order number clearly labelled on the outside of
    the package. Shipments received without order number on package will be
    returned to sender.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at warehouse. Our
    customer service will send an email notification once your refund has been
    processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank
    statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please
    note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that is a result from the use
    of our products.
  • Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through
    www.pepperallfurnishings.art cannot be returned through these processes.
    Please contact the original retailer of purchases for instructions on exchanges
    and returns.
